Work Experiemces:

2003-2004  Graduate teaching assistant in the Department of Food Science and Technology.  Assisted in teaching the lab session of “Microbiology of Foods”.

2002-2003  Graduate teaching assistant in the Department of Food Science and Technology.  Assisted in preparation of lab sessions of “Fermented Food Processing” and “Microbiology of Foods”.

1999-2001  Research fellow in Gemfont Corporation, the largest agent and supplier for food ingredients and additives in Taiwan.  Worked in R&D division and engaged in the research of dairy cultures and stabilizers.

1997-1999  Teaching assistant in the Department of Animal Science, National Taiwan University.  Helped the instructor in Animal Products laboratory courses.

1996-1997  Junior in the Department of Animal Science, National Chung-Hsing University.  Conducted a National Science Council Undergraduate Students’ Research project.
